Customers of the site will be able to add virtual cryptocurrency cards to Google Pay and make payments in digital currencies
Cryptocurrency platform Bakkt announced a partnership with Google. Bakkt users will be able to add their virtual cryptocurrency cards to
Google Pay and pay for goods and services in cryptocurrency. The cryptocurrency will be converted into fiat currency during payment.
Bakkt also plans to use the Google Cloud platform to create an analytics service using artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
Bakkt was launched by New York Stock Exchange operator Intercontinental Exchange in 2018. In the fall of 2019, it unveiled its core product, bitcoin delivery futures.
